BJD Activist Protest against Fuel Price Hike,near Raj Bhawan

Submits Memorandum to Governor,Addresing President of India

Bhubaneswar:Odisha’s ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) staged demonstration in front of the Raj Bhavan, Protesting against steep price hike of petrol, diesel and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

Participating in the demonstration, activists of Biju Yuva Janata Dal, party’s youth wing; Biju Chhatra Janata Dal, party’s student wing and Biju Mahila Janata Dal, party’s women wing demanded immediate reduction in fuel prices

A memorandum addressed to the President of India was submitted to Governor Ganeshi Lal by a delegation of the party.

The party members also threatened that the protest will be intensified in all blocks of the state if their demands are not met.
